Kingussie
A figure of eight route covering both banks of the Spey. The roads on the east side generally have more tree shelter and the return from Kingussie on the west bank usually benefits from the prevailing S wind. The leg around Loch Garten can be omitted if too tired or not bothered about reaching 100km.
